Kinesiology

Kinesis (ancient Greek for movement) + logy (doctrine) = The study of movement.

A holistic form of therapy that combines Western and Eastern medicine.

In kinesiology, the cornerstones of health are represented using a triangle. All 3 levels are connected to each other via the energetic meridian system of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and influence each other.

If a disturbance occurs on one level, the body is out of balance, the function of the respective muscle is inhibited and the blockage can be identified through muscle testing.

Touch for health

In my treatments I mainly work with “Touch for health”, the basic form of kinesiology. With this method, blockages that were previously identified using the biofeedback method of muscle testing are released by acting on neurolymphatic and neurovascular points as well as energetic work with the meridians.

Sports kinesiology

Due to my passion for sports, it is important to me to use kinesiology to optimize athletic performance. Regardless of whether you are a hobby or competitive athlete, you can find the benefits of sports kinesiology here.

Nutrition

On the biochemical level, the kinesiological muscle test can be used to test the tolerance of everything that is absorbed or fed into the body. This includes foods, medications, materials, allergies, etc.

Psychokinesiology

Emotional and social stress can also cause stress on the body and lead to energy blockages and you should not make the mistake of underestimating them.
